Woman Who Suffered a Concussion in Hampton Roads Crash Receives $700,000 Settlement

The single mother was lawfully stopped with her eight-year-old daughter when a drunk driver operating a pickup truck slammed into the back of the woman’s car. The drunk driver was at the wheel of a pickup owned by his employer.
