“At Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers, we often talk to people about car accidents and car crashes that, from a legal standpoint, really don’t need to have a lawyer involved. We tell them that, for example, if you get into a car wreck, someone is hurt, but you don’t seek any medical treatment and you think you’re going to be okay, and then the insurance company offers you some minimum amount of money. In those cases, we say you don’t really need a lawyer because it won’t help you at the end of the day. So, it’d be fine not to have a lawyer in that situation. If it’s a very minor injury, we still think you need to have a consultation with a lawyer, but you may not necessarily need one to represent you.”
