Since our founding we have helped those after they were seriously injured in a motor vehicle accident. We soon found that when helping is truly the core of your business, it goes far beyond the courtroom. Each year we make significant contributions to non- profit organizations, churches, and individuals when they need it most. This year we decided to make our service and contributions official by creating Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers Cares. Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers Cares is our initiative to help meet the needs of Hampton Roads residents and charities. We do this through funding, volunteering, and exposure. Our “Cares” initiative consists of our Distracted Driving Scholarship, our annual Foodbank donation, and most recently, our coat drop off to some very special students at Southside STEM Academy at Campostella.
For years, the attorneys at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers have been supporting good causes in our community and taking on young people as interns. Now, we are happy to be able to help further the reach of our efforts nationwide. We are also using our scholarship program to raise awareness about the dangers of distracted driving, one of the most significant causes of accidents involving young people. We will award one student with a $2,000 Scholarship to put toward their education.
