Police ID Teen Who Was Killed From Motor Vehicle Accident

State Police have released the name of the 17 year old who was killed after being thrown from a car Monday night as a result of a motor vehicle accident on 1-64. Sgt. Michelle Cotten, State Police spokeswoman, said the accident happened shortly before 11p.m. when the car ran off the side of the road near Granby Street and hit an overpass.
Kadeem Tyquan Daniels, of Foxon Road in Virginia Beach, VA died at the scene. Daniels was not wearing a seat belt, Cotten said.
There were three other passengers, ages 15, 20 and 21, taken to the hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening, Cotten said.
Reckless driving was the cause of the motor vehicle accident, Cotten said.
