Newport News, VA Car Accident Injury Lawyer Report- Van Crashes into Local McDonald’s
Consequences can be devastating when cars or vans crash into buildings. Fortunately for drivers and customers in a McDonald’s restaurant in Newport News, VA, they escaped injury when a minivan crashed into the building on July 12. As a Newport News car accident injury attorney, I am relieved nobody was hurt.

The driver was clearly to blame for this accident. She claimed that she thought she put the car in park but it continued to roll. She then panicked and put her foot on the accelerator instead of the brake and crashed into the restaurant.
Even though there were no people hurt by the crash, it could have been so different. On July 10, a 61 year-old woman died as a result of being hit by a car that crashed into a building where she was waiting to start her dialysis treatment. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the vitcim and her family.
If you or a loved one have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries.
