Officers said a Honda was turning right and hit another car that was traveling north on Langhorne Road in Lynchburg, abc 13 reported. The car then went through a fence and hit two cars in a parking lot.

ABC 13 reported the driver of the Honda has been charged with failure to yield the right of way.
The driver that was hit was taken to Lynchburg General Hospital to be treated for injuries.
