NORFOLK, Va. (February 18, 2026) – CounselHer Circle, a new professional network for women attorneys in Hampton Roads, officially launches this month. Founded by Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers Bailey Gifford, Esq., Cara Purvis, Esq. and Brenna Streeter, Esq., this new organization is designed to foster professional development, meaningful connections and referral-driven collaboration among women practicing law.
“As women attorneys, we understand both the opportunities and the unique challenges that come with practicing law in a traditionally male-dominated profession, CounselHer Circle was created to give women attorneys in Hampton Roads a space to connect authentically, share referrals intentionally, and build one another up,” said Bailey Gifford, Senior Associate Attorney.
CounselHer Circle will launch with a free networking event on Feb. 19, 2026, from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Town Point Club in downtown Norfolk. The evening will provide a welcoming environment to connect and strengthen local professional relationships. To register, visit the Galentine’s Day Networking Registration page.
Hampton Roads women attorneys can look forward to events throughout the year purposefully curated to foster collaboration, professional development, and networking across all practice areas.
