Attorney Bailey Gifford Promoted to Senior Associate

Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers is proud to announce that Bailey Gifford has been promoted to Senior Associate. Bailey has consistently demonstrated the core values of our firm and has delivered tremendous work in all areas of her practice.

Bailey joined Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers as an associate in late 2020, specializing in catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, trucking accidents, railroad accidents, and complex premises liability cases. She has secured multiple seven-figure settlements for our firm’s clients, including a $6 million settlement for a veteran who was paralyzed in a fall.

In 2016, Bailey graduated magna cum laude from Morehead State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in agriculture with an emphasis in business. She then earned her J.D. at the Appalachian School of Law in 2020. Outside the office, Bailey is an avid reader and enjoys exploring Hampton Roads with her husband, Kaleb, and their son, Killian.

Through skillful legal strategy and aggressive advocacy, Bailey has helped countless accident victims recover compensation for their injuries, earning recognition as a 2024-2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star. As an active member of multiple bar associations, Bailey is a highly valued contributor to the continued growth of Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers.
