Jackie grew up in the Bronx, NY, and moved to Virginia Beach in June 1997.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Baruch College in New York, NY, and has worked in the legal field in Virginia for 23 years. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling, gardening, exercising, and doing puzzles with family—especially spoiling the grandbabies!
