There is never any excuse for drunk driving, especially when an offender has multiple instances of driving under the influence. If you regularly drive drunk you are likely to kill or injure yourself or another driver at some time in your life.
Tragically, this happened on Saturday night in Hampton in an accident that claimed the life of a driver at the intersection of Magruder Boulevard and Hampton Roads Center Boulevard.
