As experienced Hampton pedestrian accident injury attorneys our thoughts are with this victim’s family . Hampton Roads cities such as Hampton and Norfolk and Virginia Beach where Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers has offices, along with Chesapeake and Suffolk, have seen a steady stream of pedestrian deaths over the last year. Hampton saw two pedestrian deaths in as many days in January, 2012.
Many Hampton Roads cities are far from pedestrian friendly. There are few marked crossings and some neighborhoods lack sidewalks. Many fast moving highways are poorly marked.
Even less densely populated cities such as Poquoson have seen a number of pedestrian injuries, our experienced accident injury attorneys recently reported.
