Who Might Be Liable for a Railroad Crossing Accident?

After a railroad crossing accident, multiple people might be liable, and we’re going to make sure that we look at everyone that might have any possible responsibility for the accident. So, railroad crossing accidents can incorporate several different possible defendants. One of the defendants, of course, can be the railroad for anything that they could have done wrong that contributed to the accident. Another common defendant is someone that is fouling the crossing. So, someone that either has gotten stuck up on the crossing or had like a trailer come loose on the crossing or in whatever way contributed to the crossing being blocked.
