So in the FELA context, there are a a million different examples of kinds of cases that happen. You have the most simple thing of, the walking conditions and all these yards all across the country are horrible. You’re walking on these big rocks; it’s often got bad footing because of bad drainage and all sorts of things., Or they leave debris sitting in there. So one of the things we end up doing in those cases when somebody gets hurt, tripping on, on those uh, ballast rocks, is to try to prove how many times the railroad had been told by the union and other railroad workers that the yard was a mess. And usually there’s lots of evidence, but you have to know where to go get it.
