So “catastrophic injury” generally means something that’s going to be completely life-altering. Loss of a leg, paraplegia, severe burns, traumatic brain injury– all those kinds of injuries are going to have permanent lifelong effects and really alter the quality of life for the victim. In those cases, we treat those with the highest level of, you know, attention to detail to make sure we can really prove up what happened to them, and what’s going to happen to them in the future, both financially as well as the human losses.
