Sandy was born and raised in Windsor, Virginia. She graduated from the TCC Paralegal Program in 2003 and has built a long and accomplished career in the legal field. She has been married for 25 years to her husband, who is retired from the Navy, and they have two grown children who are now on their own. In her free time, she enjoys reading and crafting.
