As a contractor consultant I work with many of the best trial lawyers in Virginia and their staffs. Over the past year I was honored to be selected to provide mediation multimedia services to John Cooper for two of his major cases. During the preparation of those presentations I had the privilege of working with two of the finest paralegals in John’s office, Jennifer Hogan and Stephanie Adams (“Steph” & “Jenny”). During this crazy year of everyone working from home, my communications with them was flawless. There was never a time when I couldn’t reach them, days, nights, weekends and holidays. They were always immediately and professionally responsive to any request I had for documents, photos, videos, expert reports, depositions, or anything else that I needed to build the presentations. They never gave a hint that I was being a bother or distracting them from the many tasks they needed to complete each day. During the times when I did come to the office for production meetings with John, they were just the nicest folks to me. They always made time to briefly ask how I was doing and I loved hearing short clips about their families. I said it was a privilege working with them, which might be an understatement.
