The Locomotive Inspection Act, also called the Boiler Inspection Act, is part of the FELA as well, and that pertains to the locomotive engine and its ps, which is basically all the parts of the locomotive. So it could even be a broken door or something that isn’t really part of what makes it a locomotive. Stairs, different parts of it.
