“I was in a car accident in Downtown Norfolk while driving my daily route while making a turn onto Boush Street when the other driver ran a red light. My new truck was damaged badly and I injured my knee. The insurance company refused to settle my case and tried to blame me for the accident… Since the insurance company wouldn’t offer a settlement for the cost of my knee surgery, Bill O’Mara immediately filed a lawsuit.
