In Amtrak cases, you can have everything from the worst kind of train derailment, down to simply a slip and fall, or being strongly jostled on the train. And because Amtrak owes a duty to its passengers, a high duty of care to protect them and to do everything reasonable, but even more than just you and I have to be careful for other people, Amtrak as a common carrier has very high duties. So a lot of times you’ll see people just falling trying to get off the train, there’s water, and so it can be everything from that up to more serious train derailments where there’s hundreds of people hurt.
