Legal Aid’s Impact by the Numbers

While Legal Aid and personal injury law may operate in different spaces, their missions often overlap. Many Legal Aid clients are dealing with the fallout of injury, illness, unsafe housing, or sudden financial hardship—situations that demand immediate legal help to stabilize lives.

“Donations allow us to go out into the community and serve the people who need us most. We provide free legal help in civil matters for individuals who otherwise couldn’t afford it. Support like this helps us reach more people, have more staff available, and meet clients where they are—whether that’s at shelters, food pantries, libraries, or community events.”

The $160K for 60 Years campaign honors where the journey started and helps power Legal Aid’s future.

“My first job as a lawyer was with Legal Aid. To me, it’s unbelievably important for Legal Aid to have the financial resources to be able to help people when they really need it. That’s why my wife, Pam, and I are proud to donate $30,000 to Legal Aid personally alongside Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyer’s $30,000 donation.”
