A two-year-old from Chesterfield County, VA is reported to be fighting for his life after darting out in front of a truck, according to nbc12.com.
The accident took place on April 20, 2012 on Willis Road close to Interstate 95.
Family members said their kids had been up late because they were visiting friends. Four boys were being taken to a sleep over when the two-year-old darted into the street after them.
According to reports he was hit by a truck. The driver did not see the toddler and charges are unlikely.
