Newport News Truck Accident Attorney Report : Death is Confirmed in Three Vehicle Crash Involving a Truck in Newport News

State police say one death resulted from an accident involving a truck on I-64 in Newport News on January 18, 2013.

The three vehicle accident occurred westbound on the Interstate at Lee Hall in the early hours of the morning.

“The tractor trailer involved has significant amount of diesel fuel spill and has turned the scene to a working fatal and hazmat spill,” said State Police spokeswoman Sgt. Michelle Anaya.

The accident shut down all lanes on the interstate on the morning of January 18, 2013.

State Police were rerouting traffic off the I-64 at Lee Hall and back on to the interstate at Jefferson Avenue.
