As a Newport News car accident lawyer, I was appalled to read about these injuries to an elderly couple who were in their home. I hope they make a complete recovery. If you are hit and hurt by a driver when you are in a building you likely have a good case to make a personal injury claim against the at-fault driver’s insurance policy.
