Johnson City Motorcycle Crash Kills One and Injures Another

Recently in Johnson City, Tennessee, the hometown of one my legal assistants, a motorcyclist collided with an oncoming pickup truck, throwing him off of his bike. Tragically, the crash left the driver of the motorcycle dead, and the driver of the truck injured. The crash was so severe that parts of the motorcycle were thrown all over the scene, from nearby rooftops to front yards of houses.
Motorcycle accidents are often a lot more serious than regular automobile accidents. Motorcycles offer a lot less protection to the driver. Cyclists must exercise caution because of this. Unfortunately car and truck drivers sometimes overlook motorcyclists, and fail to share the road with them.
