As an experienced Virginia trucking accident injury lawyer, I see many accidents in which a loss of control by a truck driver has serious consequences. Recently our trucking accident injury lawyers reported on the death of a woman in Chesapeake whose car was on the shoulder of the I-664 on June 14, 2012. She was hit by a truck.
When trucks collide with other vehicles the consequences can be deadly. In 2010 I handed a wrongful death case that led to a $3.5 million payout for a child whose father was killed by a truck.
