Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers Welcomes New Attorney Katey Green
NORFOLK, VA — October 20, 2022: Award-winning Norfolk-based personal injury law firm Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers has welcomed a new attorney to its staff, Katey Green from Virginia Beach.
After moving to Virginia Beach in 2018 to study law at Regent University, where she met her husband, Katey decided to stay in Hampton Roads. She started her legal career working as a civil plaintiff’s attorney and handled a high volume of motor vehicle crash claims, paving the way for a career at Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers.
Green is a member of Liberty Live Church. She spends much of her spare time outdoors with her husband and two young children. The fast-growing personal injury team is delighted to welcome her onto the staff where she will assist attorney and founding partner John Cooper in handling catastrophic injury cases including traumatic brain injury (TBI), railroad, and Camp Lejeune cases.
Katey Green is the latest addition to the firm, which was launched by veteran attorneys Jim Hurley and John Cooper. With five partners, three attorneys, and one of-counsel practitioner, Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers has a main office in downtown Norfolk and client meeting locations in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Newport News, Hampton, and on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
Cooper Hurley Injury Lawyers, The Car Crash Experts, represents people who have been injured in car, truck, bus, and motorcycle accidents due to no fault of their own. The firm works with brain injury victims as well as railroad workers who suffer on-the-job injuries. The firm also helps the families of those who have lost loved ones to make wrongful death claims.
